If you are new to online exercise programs, or just want to understand what is in store when signing up to Eclipse, please take a look at these FAQs.
The Eclipse online video subscription includes a big selection fitness classes ranging from everyday sessions for most fitness levels, to shorter, challenging high intensity workouts. Choose a class that suits your day, needs or goals and click play to get started.
The Eclipse subscription is free for the first 5 days, and from then you will be charged $30 per month.
You can cancel at any time via your online members area. If you cancel before the first 5 days are finished, you won't be charged.
The video classes range from simple connected movement & balance sessions right through to short but intense fitness challenges for those wanting to build muscle or cardio. If you have any concerns about your ability to manage the video classes please get in touch to talk through the best exercise options for you.
Live classes are announced in the email newsletter and will be linked from our online classes booking page. To take part in the live classes you need to download Zoom.
Yes, we record all classes and make them available to you if you miss the live class. Normally the recordings are available for between 48hours to 7 days dependant on the program you are enrolled in.
If you have booked and paid for a live class you can cancel your enrolment for a full refund (less booking fee) any time before 48 hours before the class commencement time.
